Refund policy

We want you to live with your piece for a while before deciding. If it isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Contact us at support@kamou.art with your order number. We'll confirm the return and send instructions before you ship anything. Items sent back without prior confirmation cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
If the piece arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover all return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Because these are fragile objects, returns must be shipped in the original packaging with tracking and insurance.

Made-to-order pieces
Most KAMOU pieces are made to order, with a production lead time of approximately 2 weeks. Once production has begun, an order cannot be cancelled or returned unless the piece arrives damaged or defective. You will be notified before production starts.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your piece on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@kamou.art with photographs so we can resolve it.

Non-returnable
Made-to-order pieces after production has begun, commissioned or personalized work, and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way is to return the original piece and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union — 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The piece must be returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once your return has arrived and been inspected. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@kamou.art.
