Shipping policy

Production time
Most KAMOU pieces are made to order. Production takes approximately 2 weeks from the time your order is confirmed. We'll notify you before production begins and again when your piece ships.

Shipping time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within South Korea and 5–14 business days internationally, depending on destination and customs processing. All delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Packaging and insurance
Every piece ships in protective packaging designed for the object. All shipments are fully insured and sent with tracking. Please keep the original packaging — it is required for returns.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and the dimensions of your piece.

Customs, duties and import taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and any related fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

Damage in transit
If your piece arrives damaged, do not discard the packaging. Photograph the outer box and the piece, and contact us at support@kamou.art within 7 days of delivery. All shipments are insured and we will resolve the matter directly with you.

Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot redirect a shipment once it has left our studio, and re-delivery costs arising from an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility.
